From converting a small room to look and feel like a "cellar" to building a magnificent cellar, we will focus on your needs or dreams and budget to create a unique cellar to store your valuable investment! Technical assistance on cellar construction, selection of refrigeration, wall treatments and computer aided designed drawings of your cellar are expertly provided. Our hope is to provide you with a wine cellar that will rise above your highest expectations in function, design with competitive pricing.

Our wine racks are constructed from the finest clear, All Heart Redwood available. Clear All Heart Redwood is rare because only the heart of the redwood tree resists rot and mildew. Other wood offerings such as mahogany, cherry, walnut, etc. are also available. Installation is also available nationwide.

The heartwood gives a tree its strength and stability. No longer flowing with sap, the heartwood is dense, strong, infection and moisture resistant with no odor. Characterized by a deep, rich reddish brown color, the heartwood is the tree’s most precious lumber and why it is the wood of choice for top quality custom wine racking in the world. Without the use of toxic stain, redwood will mature into a deep red color with time looking more like mahogany without the high cost. We also offer:

CURVED CORNERS: Our radius corners are really curved, not mitered in many pieces. Curving wood is a difficult and time-consuming process involving high heat moisture and pressure resulting in beautiful radius curves.

FULL BOTTLE DEPTH: Most other less expensive racks are only 8" or 10" making your 12" bottle protrude from the racking. Our custom racking is a full 13-l/4" deep.

INSTALLATION: We have only qualified craftsmen install our cellars who make sure the racking has been puttied and sanded to give it that custom finished look expected by quality-conscience consumers.

Terms & Conditions: All custom wine racking sales are final and the Purchaser is not entitled to return goods under any circumstance.

Custom Racking:

Ø 50% non-refundable deposit on racking materials upon signing of contract.

Ø 50% non-refundable deposit on racking materials prior to shipment.

Refrigeration Equipment:

Ø 50% non-refundable payment of climate control system upon order.

Ø 50% non-refundable payment upon arrival of system.

Installation on Racking & Refrigeration:

Ø IMMEDIATELY upon completion and approval directly to contractors.

Cancellation: If cancellation of this contract occurs after manufacture of the wine racking has begun, FULL 100% payment for the racking must be made. Wine Racking is a custom ordered and made for your room and cannot be re-stocked or returned once manufacture has begun. The previous statement also goes for any custom door orders.

Restocking Fees: Upon cancellation of this contract, (or with respect to other returns) the client will pay a 35% re-stocking fee for any cooling units or accessories including, but not limited to, hygrometers, light fixtures, mirrors, etc. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

DESIGN FEES

Design fees are $750.00 for one design and CAD drawings and one redesign plus wine cellar specifications and consulting. More redesigns are at $150.00 each.
